A.- We pride ourselves on being an all ages event, in the past we have had attendees ranging in age from only a few weeks old all the way up to a 92 year old at the 2008 event. The majority of our attendees however are in the 14-25 range.
A.- We have a trained, large and present security staff. The convention center also has a security professional on duty during the convention.
A.- Our attendees love costumes and so do we! However, we are a family event and as such we enforce a 'swimsuit' policy. All attendees must wear clothing that covers at least as much as a swimsuit that would be allowed at a public pool.
A.- Convention hours are as follows (subject to change)...
Friday: 2:00 pm- 2:00 am
Saturday: 8:00 am- 2:00 am
Sunday: 8:00 am- 4:00 pm

A.- Your badge is proof that you have purchased membership to Sogen Con and that you are entitled to participate in its activities. Without one you will not be allowed to enter any of the events of the convention and will be asked to purchase a badge or leave the convention.
A.- All registered members will receive a badge when they check in for the event at the registration area.
A.- Anyone who is not registered may purchase a membership at the registration area during the event.
A.- YES! A day pass is good for the day of issue only and may be purchased at the Convention at the Registration booth.
A.- Your PayPal/Amazon receipt will serve as confirmation of your registration. It is a good idea to bring a copy with you when you check in.
A.- A photo ID (Drivers license, School ID card, etc. ) will be required to check in; a parent may also check in a minor.
A.- We have many events that are appropriate for all ages, however there may be some content that is questionable for minors. Any attendee who would like to participate in 18+ panel will be required to produce a valid drivers license , state ID card or Passport to be admitted.
A.- We ask that all children under the age of 13 be accompanied by a responsible adult
A.- No, memberships are non-transferable.
A.- Any child under the age of 10 may purchase a badge at half of the at the door price ($25) with the purchase of a full membership. Any child under 5 is free with the purchase of a full membership.
A.- If you are found without a badge you will be asked to return to your home/car/hotel room to retrieve it. If you have lost your badge, you will have to purchase a new one or leave the convention area.
A.- Simply select the number of badges you need using the quantity option on the PayPal/ Amazon registration page. You will be contacted by registration staff and asked to provide information for each badge purchased
A.- Membership is non-refundable.
