Panel Submissions!!!!!

Anyone who would like to host some panel programming at Sogen Con 2011 needs to please do the following...

SUBMISSIONS ARE NOW CLOSED

Compose an email to SOGEN.PROGRAMMING@GMAIL.COM

In the email, please put the following information...

Panel Name:

Time Length of Panel: ( minimum 30 minutes, maximum 2 hours)

Description (for program guide. What you type is what will be in the guide):

Is this an 18+ panel? All Ages?

1st choice for day/time you would like? (i.e. Friday 7:00 - 8:00)

2nd choice?

3rd choice?


I look forward to all the submissions!  help us by sharing your love of Anime/Manga/Video Games!

I signed up for a fan-panel and I was wondering if I will get some kind of confirmation about it so I can start doing a power-point.

Also, will a projector be supplied to me if I get a panel?

Schedule is going out today for approval from the Board of Directors.  If all is well, it will probably go up on Monday.

ALSO!!!  ALMOST ALL PANELS SUBMITTED WERE APPROVED.  I WILL SEND OUT INDIVIDUAL PANELS< BUT MORE THAN LIKELY< IF YOU SUBMITTED< IT WAS APPROVED.  THERE WAS ONLY 2 PANELS WE HAD TO DENY DUE TO SPACE/TIME CONSTRAINTS.
