I would like to thank all of you who attended Sogen Con 2011. I can proudly state that this years convention was our most successful! I would also like to thank Chris Ayres, Carli Mosier, Nick Landis, and H.R. Phillips for attending this year. Thank you to Adam Perry for his wonderful show on Friday, and his performance during the Masquerade. Last, and most certainly not least, I would like to give a huge thanks to all of the staff and volunteers of this years Con. You put in 110%, and it showed. You all deserve so much more than I can give for the effort put forth this year.
In the coming days and weeks, there will be many changes made to the Sogen Con website. Please have patience with us while we move forward with bringing you another great show. One of the first changes will be a re-organization of the forums. We will be adding a more structured set up to the forums, to make it much easier to find the information you need. I also will be looking into all possible options reduce the amount of spam that has plagued the boards for so long. There will be a fresh look to the front page, with new artwork to reflect the theme of the upcoming convention.
Lastly, I would like to make a few promises to you. We are currently in the final stages of solidifying the dates for next years Sogen Con. I will have these dates published as soon as we have confirmation. I also have set a goal to have pre-reg for next years show up on January 1st, 2012. this will give you the greatest amount of time to plan your trip to Sogen Con 2012!
It is my honor to serve you all in bringing Sogen Con into the future. I look forward to reading all of the feedback that is submitted.
