question for summiting panels

I need some help.  (?)  As some of you know I am going to be running Cosplay chess for Sogen this summer.  I am wondering if i need to send in all the names of everyone participating or just the main people in charge of running it.  Any tips are welcome.  Thanks :)

Just those who are moderating the panel.

I also know you are not the only one submitting to run that, so you may be teamed up with the other submitter.
